Cultured Drinks Brewing Program/Class Overview 12/11/2010
The Friday class will be updated within few days sorry for the delay. We have started a new brew of honey cooler (around 20 l) and harvested around 60 bottles of kombucha (which is already gone). We are now working on a proper working manuals and recipes so we do not describe the repetitive procedures all over again so it's more clear what are the new research projects.
