Several folks from local wiki communities (Wikimedia, Socialtext, etc.) would like to get together Tuesday, Feb. 1 at 6pm to talk wiki. Mark Dilley of Portland, Oregon will be in town, on his way back from facilitating the RecentChangesCamp (RCC) conference in Canberra, Australia. So we want to get together and talk with him!

Everyone is welcome. We're expecting maybe 5-10 people. If it goes well, we might want to have a regular meeting, maybe monthly. Contact [[User:Peteforsyth|Peteforsyth]] if you're interested!

Among our likely attendees will be people with backgrounds in the Socialtext, Meatball Wiki, Wikipedia, and AboutUs wiki communities, as well as numerous small community-oriented wikis. We like to talk about how communities form around wikis, possible technological improvements, etc. And we'll all be eager for Mark's report on the Australia RCC!
