I am the Hacker-in-Residence at Tsinghua University in Beijing. I create technology prototypes and help students with their creative pursuits. I previously served as Technology Officer for the New York Initiative and was a subject in the Emmy-nominated documentary film, "Superheroes". Later, I launched a successful Kickstarter technology campaign (the Apollo Wearable Solar Generator) and was a speaker at the HOPE X Conference alongside Daniel Ellsberg and Edward Snowden.
