S3 is a Dell Poweredge 1950 hosted on standby at Noisebridge for Noise-Bot development. It's normally powered down. You can use ipmitool to get a serial console on the Dell BMC. Here's the list of keyboard mappings for the serial-over-lan connection:

        Use the <ESC><X><X> key sequence for <Alt><x>, where x is any letter
        key, and X is the upper case of that key
