S3 is a Dell Poweredge 1950 hosted on standby at Noisebridge for [[Noise-Bot]] development.  It's normally powered down. You can use ipmitool to get a serial console on the Dell BMC.  Here's the list of keyboard mappings for the serial-over-lan connection:
