===ANNOUNCING===
===THE ORCHESTRA===
* The Second Triannual NOISE JAM
The Noise Orchestra is an open ensemble of handmade, hand-wired, and hand-coded instruments. Anyone  on planet Earth can be a member of the orchestra. No music experience required.
* A concert of handmade, hand-wired, and hand-coded instruments.

==PHILOSOPHY==
===NEXT PERFORMANCE===
The Noise Jam is a participatory ritual. A way for the community to come together, away from the dramas, the mailing lists, the meetings, the talk. A way to bring together disparate, solo hacks into a unified collaboration.
* Sunday, June 23rd, 2013, 8 pm
* Location: in the Hackatorium, front room at Noisebridge, facing Mission Street.
* Duration: about 15 minutes

We give shape and meaning to chaos. We transform noise into something which is not chaos. Noise as a path to creativity. A bridge. A noise bridge.
===THE ORCHESTRA===
The Noisebridge Orchestra is a free and open ensemble of handmade, hand-wired, and hand-coded instruments. If you build your own instrument (of mineral, vegetable, circuitry, or code), then you've already passed the audition. No music experience required.

Some ask for a moment of silence; I ask for a moment of noise.
Music performed by the Orchestra gives meaning and shape to Noise. Noise is a bridge to enlightenment: a Noisebridge.
