Machine Learning Meetup Notes: 2010-08-25

Full details will be at CS229

We will be going through the Stanford course Machine Learning CS 229, one lecture per week.

We will discuss the lectures over the normal machine learning mailing list (creating a new mailing list if people complain about too much discussion)

We will also be able to talk about the lecture topics after (or as the main focus of) the weekly Machine Learning meetings.

Asignments will be due each month.

Micah created a Google calendar with the schedule.

We will keep track of our progress in watching lectures and completing problem sets on the wiki (to keep each other honest and motivated)
