Ball point pens can be beautiful too.

Learn to use pen and paper for all they're worth. Make beautiful words. We'll start with basics of pen use and introductions to calligraphic scripts. In later classes we can make our own cola pens, 3D print letters, or laser-cut a letterpress font. Would you like to help design a NoiseBridge font?

Thursday Evenings at 6:00pm.

There will be no class on July 11th as I'll be out of town, but people are welcome to come and practice together.

(We are just getting started, so if this doesn't work for you, please contact me.)

Instruction is free! It's a myth that you need expensive tools to make beautiful letters. We'll learn how to do it even with a ball-point pen and paper. (Many banks provide such pens for free. :) However, use of traditional pens will also be covered, and a few will be available for loan during the class.
