The following is the FOIA letter that Ping is proposing to send to the FBI to ask for its records on Noisebridge.

RE: Freedom of Information Act Request

This letter constitutes a request under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. Section 552 and is submitted to the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) Federal Bureau of Investigation on behalf of Noisebridge, a 501(c)(3) organization located at 2169 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.

I seek all agency records in the Central Record System pertaining to Noisebridge.

Please send the records in electronic format to the e-mail address: fbi@zesty.ca. I am willing to pay up to $100 in fees; if the FBI believes this request will incur greater fees, please contact me before charging a greater fee.
