This letter constitutes a request under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. Section 552 and is submitted to the Department of Justice (“DOJ”) Federal Bureau of Investigation on behalf of Noisebridge, a 501(c)(3) organization located at 2169 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94110.<br>

I seek all agency records in the Central Record System pertaining to Noisebridge.<br>

Please send the records in electronic format to the e-mail address: fbi@zesty.ca.  I am willing to pay up to $100 in fees; if the FBI believes this request will incur greater fees, please contact me before charging a greater fee.<br>

Thank you for your consideration of this request.  If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at 510 612-1824. As the FOIA and applicable Department regulations provide, we will anticipate your determination within twenty (20) working days.<br>
