Members who wish to be a part of Noisebridge's consensus process, but cannot afford to pay dues in accordance with our membership guidelines may solicit sponsorship here. Sponsorship is an informal arrangement (not officially managed by Noisebridge's limited infrastructure) by which another person pays a member's dues. This arrangement should be coordinated with the treasurer and the normal guidelines for dues payment apply. To avoid any conflict of interest, the payer should also be a member (and thus have their own blocking ability) but since this is not officially codified, any arrangement that the involved parties (including the treasurer) can agree upon is acceptable.
